"The room was clean. The bed was nice. We are side sleepers and we slept well with no back, shoulder,or hip pain. Water pressure was light. Toilet is one of the shortest I have seen. It would be difficult for someone to get on and off of, that has knee, hip, or back problems. There is not a microwave or fridge. It's in a nice location close to restaurants, and train. Staff is helpful directing places to eat."

"Beautiful, rustic cabin. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need for a few days or a week. Just bring food. It is so peaceful and beautiful. The living room is very comfortable to sit and read or watch TV. We didn't turn on the TV because just sitting and talking or reading was enough entertainment. Sitting outside on the doorway area and finishing morning coffee is worth the trip. Walks along the Conejos and on Shorty Lane were very refreshing. Secluded but many day trips available to Chama, Platero and the San Luis Valley. A great place to just relax and enjoy nature."
