"This Place was a joy to stay at. The wife and I appreciated the details they took in the remodel. The rooms were cozy and clean and the young lady and her son who helped us with our luggage up the stairs were a delight to our day. If you want to be close to the Train Depot for either your departure stay or your arrival stay in Chama I'd say thi sis the Place. Thanks for a wonderful experience."

"The rental was clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was very good. We liked the location, easy walk to the train and restaurants. It was quiet, and we appreciated the two king beds, one and a half bath, good water pressure in shower, big screen TV, and well-stocked kitchen."

"We were very happy with the lodge. Plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. It was wonderful that each bedroom had a bathroom. We were a group of 11 women so that was perfect. I plan to rent one of Mr Austin's properties again. Hopefully next summer."
