"The studio apartment was well set up and had lovely big windows with views to a leafy intersection. The support facilities were great, I got my laundry done with no fuss. The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars. The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic."

"We had special dinner plans in this area, NH is located in a quiet area of Madrid outside of tourist traffic. Local restaurants, shops, bars all with in walking distance in the neighborhood without a mad crush of tourists. We were able to taxi or metro to other areas with ease. The room was clean, spacious and air conditioning excellent. The staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful and efficient."
