"Property is great, Hotel is new and modern, great lobby but the terrace restaurant of hotel is the jewel. Amazing view of Madrid. The breakfast buffet which was included, was great. Hotel room was little small. Everything else was great."

"The area is under SERIOUS construction, making it hard to find hotel and for drivers to even drop us off. I think once finished it will be very nice but for now it made it hard to enjoy. It was a bit of a walk to where we could get a taxi or to where they could drop us off late at night. Also Vending machines are outside of the hotel (in a train station, so no comfortable sending a child to get a water), but hotel staff was incredibly kind and check in was a breeze. They do not have air condition in the hotel rooms at night, and that made it quite stuffy. I did leave window open which helped but also with trains it was loud. Hotel room was large and had all we needed, and staff was very kind. "

"Staff were lovely. Particularly Lisa and Omar. Only issue is the €25 deposit for the pool towels. That's a bit steep. Location great. Otherwise a fantastic stay"

"The hotel it self is in the excellent place, Everything is near by ,the train the buses ,the staff people are very courteous and respectful;they will help in everything you need or concerns, the rooms and hallways always clean,and top floor you have ,cookies, fresh fruits, coffee machine,etc... and this a complementary of the hotel,we really recommend this place for your vacations, we will book the hotel for future stays, Thanks B&B hotel"
