I had booked a third night thru the actual hotel, months before our stay, and come Sunday night, very late, our keycard did not let us in and then they said they had no info on my reservation for the third night. We were also told housekeeping had already cleaned our room, WITH ALL OF OUR THINGS IN IT! And OUR BELONGINGS MAY OR MAY NOT STILL BE THERE! It was a long stressful Process of just getting rechecked in and given a key to see if our things were still there! "

"Rooms were not ready at check-in time. Lobby bathroom was gross with urine and feces. Our room had a strange odor. Understaffed restaurant at the resort. The cantina at the beach was unexpectedly closed. The main gate to the beach was closed causing a long drive to get lunch for our hungry children. The staff was friendly and the food was good when we finally got sat in the mostly empty dining room. The beds were comfortable. The scenery was nice. "
