"We enjoyed our stay! The location is great, there are lots of restaurants nearby. The lazy river and wave pool were great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again."

"I’m giving this destination a 9.9999/10. And honestly, it should be an 10 out of 10. But it’s only cause I’m picky as you’ll hear. So don’t judge it cause that lol. I will start with the entire process was very seamless, and easy to deal with and very professional. The house was amazing and everything it said it was supposed to have it had. The game room had arcade style,fun games which the kids enjoyed basketball hoop, game and a pool table as well as an air hockey table, all which function perfectly. The only two things I would say and I won’t even call them complaints were. The master bedroom bed downstairs was slightly uncomfortable and squeaky. And probably only because I’m used to my soft bed. And the theater room which was too cool for school btw. I only wish it did have a subwoofer or at least a little bass for a little more authenticity. It’s a pretty amazing room and it definitely deserves some low end for the movies. Again I guess because I have two large subwoofers in my living room home theater. I’m probably being pickey. Most people could care less about the movie room. But being a movie buff i was in there daily enjoying it. Other than those two minor things. Everything was amazing. Please don’t hesitate or miss out on this special and spectacular house for the family. You’ll love it"

"Check-in was a little confusing for me but after traveling for so long I was tired and already frustrated but the host helped me figure everything out. The place is beautiful and everything was spotless. You’ll definitely get your steps in going up and down the stairs lol but my kids enjoyed it. We didn’t have to go far to find a place to eat because everything is literally in the area. We stayed in the pool for hours and took pictures and made a lot of memories. We are already talking about returning next year. Thank You!!"

"Perfect stay. Felt safe in the gated community of Champion Gates. Easy highway access to our destinations for fun but yet out of the center of the night chaos. The kids rooms were a hit! Would stay again without hesitation. Javier couldn’t have been any better with information and reading. Thanks for such a lovely home to vacation."

"The pool is a little small and that is the only negative I have! The home is beautiful and well decorated. All the conveniences. Plush towels. Extra pillows and blankets. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in all 3 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Hair dryers and washcloths. Fully equipped kitchen like I’ve never seen. (Could use a few more pots) considerate extras, like laundry detergent pods and tea bags! This was really a home away from home! I hope it’s available for my next vacation cause I really don’t want to go anywhere else!"

"Everything went well at this property. You all were prompted with all questions I had and was very timely answering my questions. Except we had a problem with thw pool lights. None of them worked at all and the adults in my party wanted to hang out in the pool but we couldn't do to no lights at all. I spoke with your customer service and they said they were going to have someone come out and they never did. They my last answer I got was it wouldn't be done until Monday, our vacation ended today. We were a little upset about that. But the kids enjoyed themselves they had a ball. And about the spa my party wanted it and I forgot you property so t offer it but a certain time if year. They were will to pay to have the spa turned on. Now we know ever property is different. Some homes will cut on there spa in the summer months. We will have to consider that the next time because they really wanted the spa to be heated."

"We had such a lovely holiday. The house was well stocked and the host was so delightful and kind. There was an issue with getting into the neighborhood due to high traffic during check in times and a mix up with the code to get in which delayed check in but the host quickly got a handyman out even in the crazy traffic to fix it. The grandkids had an amazing time! Thank you for making our holiday so special."
