"We loved this house. It is a steep walk up from the life of old town so you are right there but somehow feel away from it when you enter the property. "This property was excellent and had everything we needed & more. The kitchen was well equipped and had cleaning products & store cupboard essentials which was much appreciated rather than having to go out and buy everything. The pool and outside area was clean and spacious. We did not have a car but the bus stop was very close with regular services into Annecy. Any questions for the owner were replied to quickly. We would recommend staying here."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner, Jean-Pierre, was a charming and wonderful host, looking after our every need. "We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...

Superb hotel close to old town and lake!
"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - only a few minutes walk from the old town and the lake. It felt safe. The room was clean, modern and the perfect size for our weekend getaway. Breakfast (at €12~ pp) was very competitive with the other petit dejeuners we had out during our stay. The gratis tea, coffee and croissants from 1pm a really nice touch too. It would’ve been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, but this is a small nitpick. Staff friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone thinking about a short stay in Annecy. We will be back. Merci "
