"Nous avons eu nos vacances avec toute la familie de 12 personnes chez maison Sampzon. Nous avons eu un tres bon temps. La maison avec la piscine et aussi la place pour jouer jeu de boules etaient merveilleux. Pour toute la familie c'etaient une tres bonne vacances."

The remoteness is part of the appeal -- though it does mean that it's not easy to pop out to a shop for something you might have missed/forgotten. With good planning, it's a really appealing place."

It was very easy to use the kitchen and bathroom. The owner is wonderful and he took us on a bee keeping expedition to see his hives, which was an absolute highlight for us. "The Grand Dame shows its age but the property is very well located among the highest homes on the hill side providing for excellent views of the mountains, lake, nearby castle and Annecy in the distance. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. From the kitchen and master bedroom you will often see dozens of parapente gliders, many of which you can watch land just a 10 minute drive from the house . "A beautiful property with stunning views from all windows. Larger than we thought with 4 good bedrooms, an office and a utility room plus large garage where we stored bikes. All bedrooms have doors to balconies. The terrace has awesome views over the lake. The only watch-out for some might be it’s a long and steep walk to Talloires - expect to use your car a lot unless you’re a keen cyclist."

"Hallo! Mit großer Vorfreude haben wir uns Grane ausgewählt, da es die Möglichkeit gibt, ein Abendessen zu bestellen. Diese wurde komplett abgesagt, wegen Personalmangel. Es wäre ehrlicher gewesen, vor Buchung darüber zu informieren. Die WOMO Gäste sind auch mit dieser Erwartung angereist. Man kann im eigenen Hofladen, welcher hervorragend ist, einkaufen und selbst kochen. Unser Chalet lag ca 500 außerhalb ... Leider war das Schwimmbad unbenutzbar, da das Wasser grün verfärbt ist. Sehr schade, da...
