The facilities were clean and tasteful. It felt homey and special and the toiletries were a nice touch. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Excellent location. I would definitely stay here again.

Would not recommend this hotel at all. Awful, had to wait 20mins because the check in was at 2pm. Then a further 20mins so she could check with her manager if she was okay to check us in..key card didn't work so had to left our bags in the locker room! Heating didn't work and they didn't know how ...
