"**A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service** The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. I was especially impressed by the healthy and generous breakfast. The gentleman working in the cafeteria was always welcoming, saying hello and checking if we needed anything. At one point, my wife needed gluten-free bread, and he immediately went to get some for her. That level of care and attention really made us feel welcome. The only thing that surprised me was receiving a parking charge of **$15 per day** after I had already left the hotel and returned to Canada. I was not informed about the parking fee during my stay, so I was quite shocked to see the charge afterward. However, I contacted the hotel, and I spoke with **John**, who was extremely respectful, kind, and understanding. He apologized for the situation and kindly waived all the parking charges. I truly appreciated how he handled the matter. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great location and excellent, caring staff.
