"I love the unique option this hotel offers: the privacy gained from having separate beds. It allows you to have your own space and TV, and to rest without disturbing your family member—or vice versa. On this visit, I noticed that the floors in both the bathroom and the rest of the room were somewhat dirty, and it seems that room maintenance is no longer a priority.
On the last day, I noticed that one of the housekeepers and her supervisor were struggling to communicate effectively due to the language barrier. This could be a reason why cleaning isn't being done properly, or it may simply be that there isn't enough staff to maintain the hotel."
