"Sour milk on breakfast bar. Stale bagels. I took pictures of our room. Requested via phone call a First floor, handicap accessible room with walk in shower. At check in I was told that she could see the notation but unfortunately the message wasn’t passed on and that room was taken. Handicapped room on 3rd floor with walk in shower. No!! No walk in shower. The shower curtain was yellowed and brown it was so filthy. There were 2 trash cans but not one in toilet area! Soiled dust ruffle on both beds. Couch was heavily stained and soiled. Soil on foot stool. We had 2 packs of coffee on our first morning for 3 people. Thought breakfast bar would be open for coffee at least by 5:30. No. We had to ask for coffee packs and cups every day. We never had housekeeping at our room the entire time. Requested trash removal. Never happened. We used to sty at Hyatt place on a regular basis. Will not stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone! Extremely disappointed. "

"Very clean but room had heavy smell of cleaning products. Mattress has seen better days. Noisy air conditioner. Better breakfast than expected. Pleasantly surprised to see fresh blueberries, bananas and other fruit. Always seemed well stocked. Employees were friendly and welcoming. "

"Area was quite and clean. Well maintained and staff was very helpful and polite. There was no breakfast provided but they did have a small area to purchase snacks and drinks."

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was not helpful when we tried to check in early even though the hotel was not full, we arrived at 12pm and had to wait until 3pm without a car. The nearest mall with restaurants is close to 2 miles away which required us to take an uber to shuttle back and forth for lunch and dinner. The biggest disappointment were the breakfast and the breakfast area. There was no fresh fruit, only packaged cereal and yoghurt. For the cereal there were no bowls offered, it had to be eaten out of coffee cup. And there was only 1 chair to use in the breakfast room, so everyone had to stand while eating. I expected more from "breakfast included"."
