They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Breakfast was fresh and well organized each morning. Wi Fi was fast and reliable the entire stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping stayed consistent and detail focused. The free laundry was a big plus and easy to use. Great value for the price and a convenient location. I would stay here again."

När vi kom på natten/morgonen så var personalen såå tillmötesgående. Bar upp våra resväskor och fick till rummet välkomstbricka med lite frukter på kinesiskt vis. Hotellet ligger vid bästa hutonggatan Nanluoguxian. Lite Soho över det hela. Bästa restaurangen tycker vi är Heyan Roast Duck på Gulo Dongdajie. T-bana ligger på Nanluoguxian 15 min promenad bort. Förboka besök via guide el likn innan ni besöker Himmelska fridens torg och Förbjudna palatset, annars kommer man inte in. Använd appen Alipay för att betala i affärer mm. Undantagsvis funkar cash RMB."

"Our family recently stayed four nights at the Grand Hyatt Beijing, and overall it turned into a truly memorable experience. We did encounter some issues with the room condition on the day we checked in, which was a bit stressful given our tight schedule during a short stay in Beijing. However, what really stood out was how the hotel handled the situation. The staff went above and beyond to make things right and ensure the rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, we would like to thank Eva at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and handled everything with such care and efficiency. Her attentiveness and warmth made a lasting impression on us. Honestly, nearly every staff member we interacted with reflected that same level of hospitality, and we are very grateful. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient—situated above an underground shopping mall with direct access to two metro lines, and within walking distance to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "

"The room was cleaned everyday, and the staff was extremely friendly. They greeted us every time we walk down from our room or walk into the hotel. On our check in day they delivered fresh fruit plate to our door which was really lovely. The location is also convenient as it is located in the middlef of south luo gu north gate alley. There was many shops located along the alley hence it made shopping experience more fun-filled. The hotel also provide laundry service and we are able to get our clothes back by the end of the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel!! "
