The beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Wonderful bathroom (with bidet) and shower with all extra amenities (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, comb, razor, etc.). The BIGGEST television I have ever seen. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were made and extra towels provided. Free coffee (Americano, vanilla latte, mocha), water, and ice in the lobby. More water in the mini fridge. We stayed for 5 days, so what was fabulous was that there was onsite washer and dryer (free with detergent and dryer sheets). Heritage Hotel is also conveniently across the street from the Lotte Maxx (think Costco), so if you need to explain to a taxi driver where your hotel is located, tell them that. The hotel is also walking distance from restaurants and the Peace Park on the waterfront. The only small disappointment was the included breakfast (eggs, toast, cereal, bananas) which was offsite (and you had to get a breakfast ticket for each morning). But honestly, we got such an amazing deal through Hotels.com. So thankfully we stayed at the Heritage Hotel. Highly recommend! "

"Very nice hotel that’s close to the train station. Not many high end restaurants close by but if you have a car, no problem. The train station is the origination place of a Mokpo city tour bus. Worth it."

"We stayed for one night as a family of four—two adults, one teenager, and one child. We initially expected two queen-sized beds but found one queen and one small double instead. However, we pushed the beds together, which made it spacious enough for all of us to sleep comfortably.
The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The bedroom was separate from the living area, and the bathroom was huge, featuring a separate shower room, toilet, and a lovely bathtub.
The only downside was that the swimming facility was out of order during our stay. "
