Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

어이없는 일들( 예약 확인이 아니될때 바로 결재 취소하는 방법이 필요함)

예약확인이 아니되는지, 예약번호 2번이나 내폰으로 확인하면서 이상한 행동과(20분간 지연) ~ 예약방과 다른 방을 주고 나서 나중에 바꾸어준다고 전화하는 등 선불 계산만 아니었으면 바로 다른 호텔로 갔음. 그리고 호텔이 아닌 모델 수준임. 앉을 의자도 없었음
