This is a self-service hotel where you will receive the location and door code along with the key which associates to your room. The room had the basic necessities such as soap, towels and WiFi which were all I needed. The only issue I had was activating the A/C which did not work even after closing the window. Overall, I enjoyed Chania and TheJoy hotel and would come back again!

Ideal als Ausgangspunkt

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle die auch ein Mietauto haben . In der Straße gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze(rechte Seite -links ist kostenpflichtig). Unterkunft sauber und Besitzer hilfsbereit! Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist ideal. Cafés und Geschäfte ums Eck

Πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τη διαμονή μου στο ξενοδοχείο - value for money κατάλυμμα - πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο με φρέσκια ματιά - ωραίο concept. Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση - όλες οι απαραίτητες παροχές διαθέσιμες + OTE TV. Σε σημείο πολύ κεντρικό της πόλης - παρά ταύτα ησυχία το βράδυ. Οπωσδήποτε θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω!!

A really great choice for Chania

The Joy Hotel is located at the center of Chania city. There is a supermarket close and really close are all the major shops of Chania city. The graphic port is within 10 minutes walk. The appartments are really clean and spacious. There is also a wonderful patio where you can rest, relax have your morning coffee. Overall a really great choice for Chania

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 2 Straßen vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Die Altstadt erreicht man in 5 Minuten. Das Zimmer ist riesig gewesen Tolles großes Bad. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. .

Great location - old town/port and central bus station are both 5 min walk away, yet quiet enough for undisturbed rest at night. Room furniture and decor is dated but there's mostly everything you need. Air conditioning, showers work fine and room is generally clean though floor can feel a bit dusty. Staff were incredibly warm and very happy to help me with questions I had about the area. Would stay with them again.

A must stay when in Chania

TheJoy hotel is a splendid newly refurbished boutique hotel in the heart of Chania. Very well located you can walk around town very easily and still be relatively close to it. Rooms are spotless, mordern, super clean and offer the perfect comfort. Hara the owner is amazingly nice and friendly, she will give you tips to go aroubd Chania and will make everything possible to make your stay the best it can. We initially stayed 2 nights and decided to come back to Chania and immediately called Hara to get a room. Both rooms we stayed in were perfect and i would recommend this place to anyone coming to Crete.
