"The place was great but the elevator was broken for the night I was there and I had to bring downstairs my 60lbs bag from the 4the floor from the service stairs. I asked for some kind of help from the stuff and they were not really helpful and just gave me a lot of excuses. For the rest the hotel is just perfect if you need to be close to the airport and breakfast is amazing."
