É impossível ver tv nos quartos. É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel, claro que a gente sai pra conhecer lugares nós arredores, mas o retorno seria bom poder assistir um jornal na tv, aí da que local, mas a imagem é péssima.

Incrível... Participamos da corrida de Rua hoje em Chapecó. Já é quarta hospedagem e sempre fomos bem atendidos...Se tornou nossa segunda casa.

Quarto luxo pior que o Standard

Reservei o quarto luxo, onde na realidade é uma enganação. O quarto Standard é mais barato e praticamente igual ao luxo, sendo o Standard maior que o Luxo. (de 17m² para 20m²). O banheiro tinha limo nas paredes do chuveiro e o exaustor estava em curto, fazendo barulho e interrompendo o funcionamento.

Básico - compens o custo benefício

Básica - foi um pernoite na viagem de volta - porém dá pra perceber muita coisa - o atendimento da recepção foi mediano - a moça ou estava sem muita vontade ou cansada - sorriso e cordialidade são itens indispensáveis.... Poucos funcionários no restaruante/bar, onde jantamos - deu pena do funcionário, não lembo o nome dele, mas super prestativo - e a demora e a deficiência no atendimento foi por estar sozinho atendendo tasa as mesa - não estava lotado, mas um bom fluxo de clientes.

O quarto não apresentou boas condições de limpeza, a fronha do travesseiro estava suja, o banheiro apresentava cabelos no piso e havia um cotonete no chão próximo a escrivaninha. Tudo isso foi relatado a recepcionista que me pediu desculpas e me ofereceu um upgrade de quarto. Quando cheguei no novo quarto, encontrei uma garrafa de cerveja aberta na prateleira do banheiro, novamente relatei o problema ao hotel. Infelizmente a experiência nao foi das melhores.
