"We enjoyed our stay even though the property is still under renovation due to hurricane. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The beach view from our room balcony was beautiful. "

"My recent stay at Encanto Hotel in acapulco following the aftermath of Otis left me with mixed feelings. The property has impressively restored the hotel, but certain aspects of my experience gave me pause. The restoration efforts undertaken by the property post-Otis cannot be overlooked. The hotel has done a commendable job in bringing the property back to its former glory, which is truly praiseworthy. However, I was disappointed by the prevalence of hidden fees, particularly the daily service charges that were not explicitly communicated upfront. I paid more in service charges and tips than the costo of food and beverage. Additionally, the lack of complimentary in-room coffee in the mornings was somewhat surprising and felt like an inconvenience. Moreover, the inconsistency in service was evident during my visit. On multiple occasions, I found myself having to actively seek out waitstaff at the pool area, which detracted from the overall relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities. Attention to detail seemed lacking in some areas, and I believe this is an aspect that could be improved upon. While the hotel's restoration efforts are commendable, the issues of hidden fees, service inconsistencies, and attention to detail detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay. "Having a cooking and cleaning crew is a game-changer for any house booking!! Vicky and Minerva are sooo nice and attentive and their cooking is truly next level. I grew up in Mexico and know what good cooking taste like, this is it. A few more noteworthy comments: - House has a very nice view, not so much from the pool but still great - AC in the rooms works great - Pool size is on the smaller side but still so refreshing and great for kids since it’s a bit shallow - Lots of stairs to go in and out of the house. Not a big deal unless you bring someone elderly or with mobility problems - If you’re driving, the entrance to the garage is kinda sketchy if you’re coming from Punta diamante, but that’s an issue for all hotels and restaurants in that area. On the other hand, location is great since you’re pretty much in between Punta Diamante and Zona Hotelera. - House comes with a regular sized fridge and a Huge commercial fridge, which was great to store all the refreshments be bought at the store"

"Property was nice. The service was ok. The pool was not cleaned. The staff was not good. The food was good. Because the staff leaves at 4pm we had to dinner at 3 pm that was bad. Overall it was not a good experience. I would not stay there again an I would not book with Vrbo again. Vrbo was suppose to credit one day because I changed my depart date back in March or April and I did not receive my credit"
