A wonderfully refurbished hotel to a very high standard. All the staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved the view from the dining area and the easy access to the beach

We like it but the customer sevice is terrible, I have book in different hotels arround and they dont have any problem with food or music contary here are restricctions. The swiming pool very nice and close to the ocean.

Had an amazing staying! Was upgraded to a villa due to Hotel being remodeled after hurricane Otis. Staff was attentive and fast with delivering any food orders. Always friendly and with a smile. Also the villas are super clean!!

I really liked the second floor pool, it was very nice and clean and has an awesome view of the Acapulco bay. The customer service from Nicolas was excellent. I did not like the sewer smell inside the hotel and across the city.
