"The owners were very accommodating, they met us upon check in which was nice, and we're also responsive throughout our trip. The location is also very convenient for all the local wineries and nearby restaurants. The unit we stayed in does have hot water, which not everywhere around town does so that was a plus. "The property is a very unique compound with 6 suites and a common room. Each suite has a private bath. The views are spectacular. It is located next to a small winery called Kruger run by an amazing Belgian named Iker. Iker is also a chef and we had our breakfasts and one dinner there. Highly recommend both his food and his wines. Hector, the VRBO host, is also amazing. He was super responsive both leading up to the trip and while we were there. "If you arrive early they don’t let you check in until 3pm. Meanwhile you can use the facilities. We got to the cabin and it was filthy dirty, no hot water even though they tried to get it to work 3 times. We found rat poop on the beds and around and the person said he cleaned the cabin came back to take care of it and still left rat poop on the bed. The shower and toilet were disgusting. He said he can only do what he can with the supplies he was given. Very poor experience. "
