The resort is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the rooms are almost perfect — I would rate them 99% for comfort and cleanliness. The staff is very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would happily rate this property 4.7 out of 5. The only thing to note is that the hotel’s front area is a bit small, and it is about 800 meters from Mall Road, but this is manageable and does not affect the comfort of the stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Mussoorie."
