"The Utica New York Red roof never disappoints I've been there multiple multiple multiple times and I've never had a bad experience the place is clean the beds are comfortable they're there to help you with anything you need but what makes them separates them from everyone else is the service they're not selling beds or places to sleep they're selling service and boy do they know how to do it so if you ever need a place in the Utica area give them a shot you won't be disappointed I promise"
"This is my second stay at the Home2Suites in Utica, and I would readily book there again! In both my experiences, the staff was friendly & accommodating, our room was clean & spacious, and we enjoyed walking to the local restaurants! "
"Very nice hotel minutes outside of Utica so very convenient if visiting Utica. Very quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Pub bar type restaurant with good food. Pool looked lovely and clean even though we did not use it many people were out enjoying it. "
"We stayed in 20 some hotels on our Colossus of Roads Trip and this was either the Best or in the top three. The room was perfect four our group of four — two bedrooms with great beds and pillows, a kitchen and sitting area, three TVs and so many plugins at bedside. Breakfast was great, there were plenty of choices (including Nutella) and if you didn’t get everything charged in your room, there were more plugins in the breakfast tables!"
"Well kept clean room. Could hear trains but not terribly disruptive. Continental breakfast was good, well stocked. Staff was professional and courteous."
