In the evenings, this oasis sparkles with outdoor lighting, making it the perfect place for nightcaps after a day of exploring.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated “dependency” or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, standing seam copper roof, copper guttering, original moldings, plasterwork, old glass windows, and solid panel doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. This is the real deal!

We rented this place for a bachelorette party (30 year olds) and the location is perfect! Very walkable to king st for shopping/dinner/going out. Easy Uber ride to/from the beach and airport. They had everything you would need in the kitchen and the air conditioning worked VERY well for a trip in the humid summertime. Would stay here again without hesitation!

We had such a great time during our stay! The property was everything we had expected it to be (and more)! The towels, beds, dishes and all amenities provided were top notch. The layout was great for our group of 8. Jamie was very easy to get in touch with, and we had more than enough of everything we needed (trash bags, paper towel, etc.). The location was great as well, close to downtown! A very walkable area. Would 100% stay here again!

As stated, the house was charming and very clean. The only thing I must mention is the size of the bedrooms. They were functional but quite small. The living room and kitchen were perfect for our size of 8 adults. We all loved the balcony! Would definitely recommend this property. Location was very good!

What a great place to stay. The building managers were very responsive with our request to check in a little early. We met the owner of the property the morning we were leaving and he was a delight. The set up was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. Good combination of different sized beds. The location was great. You will be within walking distance of King street that is lined with restaurants and unique shopping. Our group just left and we are already planning a return trip. Thank you to everyone for a great experience.

For a bride who was wanting a treehouse for her bachelorette party house- This property was the perfect fit. She had her own little oasis upstairs that reminded us of what a treehouse looked like. It was walking distance to everything on king street!! We had an amazing time. Loved adding our spice of disco decorations for the bride. I highly recommend this stay! Jaime was also fantastic and communicated very well with us. We had to change a few dates because of hurricane Ian and it was no problem at all!

A wonderful stay with hassle free parking, walkable to many restaurants and cocktail bars, and easy drive to larger grocery stores. The wraparound porch on this upper unit is a lovely place to have morning coffee and catch the breeze in true Charleston style. Also affords a good deal of privacy for hanging out. Well-appointed kitchen is inviting, and there are plenty of extra bathrooms for the “going out” set to get ready (bathrooms are small, but having four of them is a significant convenience). Highly recommend for anyone except those who may have trouble navigating a couple of sets of stairs to get inside. There’s a downstairs unit as well!

This house was amazing and more than enough room for our group of 5. We loved the mix of historic details and upscale décor, the living/kitchen area and spending time with coffee and then evening cocktails on the piazza. This home comes with everything you need and is the most well stocked rental we’ve ever had. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the lux linens and towels. The gardens and common area are beautiful and the off street parking for two vehicles was a huge plus. We were able to easily walk to King Street to enjoy rooftop bars and amazing dining while other “to do” attractions were a short car ride away. There was a fair amount of street noise at night on the weekend but that’s to be expected in this part of town and the owners provide sound machines in each bedroom. We would definitely rent this home again!

This house was amazing! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The porch was our general hang out area each morning for coffee. There were amazing local bars and restaurants all within a short 5 minute walk. It was nice to even explore Market street by foot. About 1.3 miles so a nice walk to enjoy the sceneries. The shareplace was excellent right by the house. This truly was a great vacation for us experiencing both the great things in Charleston and then a 20 minute drive over to Isle of Palm if you wanted some time at the beach.

We spend a long weekend each year with college friends and their spouses. This year in Charleston we had 7 people. The house was perfect. Good location with an easy walk to downtown sites, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking. The house is bright and tastefully decorated with a new kitchen and the bedrooms all had modern bathrooms. We had a few minor hiccups during our stay, and both the property manager and the owner were very responsive. They could not have been more welcoming and attentive. An excellent experience all around. We would definitely return.

Girls trip with 5 women. Good location and the property has some great outdoor sitting areas and the building we were in had a lovely outdoor porch on the second floor that we enjoyed. Rooms were delightful and with four bathrooms we were in heaven. Super easy check in and check out. Loved meeting the property owner Bill. He was delightful and had some great suggestions for places to go see and eat at. Also loved that we had a designated parking spot inside the property off of the street. Felt very safe. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

This was the best house ever for a girls weekend! The house itself is so cute and had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. We loved sitting on the porch too! The location was perfect as well, we were able to walk to all the restaurants and bars or easily get an Uber somewhere further. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Charleston!
