OUTSIDE SPACE:
One of the perks of booking the whole home is having a porch on each floor. The first-floor porch runs the length of the house beneath a classic haint-blue ceiling, with rocking chairs and a long bench that make it an easy place to gather over morning coffee or unwind after a day out. Upstairs, the second-floor porch looks out over the tree-lined street from a higher vantage, so your group has a spot to sit back on either level. Both face toward upper King, keeping you a few steps from the heart of downtown with a comfortable place to relax whenever you want one.
PARKING:
There are two (2) off-street parking spaces available in the driveway. The driveway is located to the right of the property and there is a labeled space at the end for your units.

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest’s stay will be provided the day before your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

Located in the heart of Charleston’s Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, the home sits in a lively downtown area known for its mix of residential streets, local restaurants, coffee shops, and proximity to King Street. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with many of Charleston’s popular dining, shopping, and nightlife options just a short distance away. Because of its central location near busy entertainment areas, guests can expect an active energetic environment, especially during evenings and weekends.

✹ IMPORTANT: There is ongoing city and corporate construction nearby. This is an external project not associated with Curated Vacation Properties. While it’s outside our control, we want guests to be aware that there may be some noise or activity in the area due to its close proximity to the home.
✹ This is a 100% smoke-free property:
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
✹ Noise Notice:
This home is located next to the city's most vibrant nightlife. There is a possibility of hearing live music at night.
✹ Please be advised that:
A local noise ordinance is in effect from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.
Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.
We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or nearby units.

✹ Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
✹ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
✹ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
✹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.
✹ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.
✹ Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
