Enter through your private entrance and up a small porch staircase into an open, welcoming space that blends dining and lounge areas, ideal for sharing meals or relaxing together. The living room features a plush, comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV for cozy nights in. Both bedrooms are located on the main level and each offers its own ensuite bathroom, with one king bed and one queen bed for restful sleep.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the basics you need for cooking at home, and guests are welcome to log in to their favorite streaming services during their stay.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire first floor, which is well lit and easy to access. For added convenience, the driveway beside the home can accommodate up to two compact vehicles, making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
