The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

We had an amazing weekend stay at the house with 16 ladies! The house was spotlessly clean, and we were delighted to find it within easy walking distance of fantastic restaurants. What truly stood out was our host's exceptional responsiveness. Whenever we had questions, they were quick to provide helpful answers, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a group getaway in Charleston!

Group of 7 friends for my 40th birthday. Location was great, walking distance to lots of places. Management was responsive when we had a beeping smoke detector. House is beautifully decorated and perfect for a group that wants to spread out with their own space. Appreciated the toiletries and coffee!

Myself and 7 friends rented this property for our 60th birthday vacation. The property was beautiful and extremely well kept. The layout was perfect. It allowed us to enjoy our time together while also giving us our own space if we needed privacy. The house is approx. 2 miles from Lower King St. but very walkable and the street where the house is located on is well lit. Definitely would recommend this property.

We loved the property. There were 8 ladies who were in Charleston for a Flower Festival. Location was great. ONLY NEGATIVE was that we had to walk blocks to our parking which also cost $50. We only ate breakfast there but it is really not condusive for cooking for a large number yet there is adequate bedrooms for a large number but for us , it was great.

The house was perfect for us . Great location .The only complaint was the city was doing road work directly in front of the house. Ot was very very loud thumping 24/7. The property manager said their sound machines and fans were in the house. It did help. They were very accommodating And apologetic even though it was not their fault.

House was fantastic! Each section of the house had it's own kurieg, fridge and Brita, beds were comfortable and showers were great. House seemed very recently renovated and was very clean overall. Less than a 10 minute walk to king street.
