This studio is located on the north side of Charlevoix where you can be on Lake Michigan beach with a 5-minute walk. The studio provides central air and heat if needed as well as large ceiling fans. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress for your comfort. There is a kitchenette that provides seating for 4, a microwave, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, and refrigerator. The living room area has a full sofa and a chair in-a-half with ottoman; the chair in-a-half folds out to a full bed. There is WIFI, Spectrum TV, a 55" Samsung flat screen TV run with Roku.

4th of July Stay

Return trip to this VRBO listing and it was perfect, just as it was previously. Only wish would be an outdoor area/table & perhaps a grill for those staying more than a few nights :) Great host & great communication.

A WEEKS GETAWAY TO EXPLORE CHARLEVOIX

THE ACCOMODATION WAS VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND CLOSE TO THE CITY. WE HAD A CHANCE TO INVESTIGATE LOCAL RESTAURANTS, SHOPS AND ACTIVITIES. WE WOULD RENT HERE AGAIN.

Wonderful

The property was very clean and modern. The bed was so soft and comfortable and luxurious. The space was larger than it looks in the pictures. Great location, close to Petoskey and Fishermans Island State Park. Will definitely be staying here again!

Fall Getaway

This is our second time staying here, we loved it so much the first time we wanted to come back. Perfect location as it’s a short walk to downtown. The apartment is just the right amount of space. Definitely plan to come back next year!

Beautiful- would absolutely stay again

The place is beautiful. Laid out well, modern design, but still warm and welcoming. Bed is so comfortable and oversized chair is great for relaxing in. Quiet area, safe neighborhood, but still less than a mile walk to the bridge. Host was responsive and welcoming, instructions were clear and easy.

Great location in a Quiet Neighborhood

This apartment above the garage was just the right size and in the right location for my stay in Charlevoix. It was several blocks off the main thoroughfare but still within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It is good for one or two people. The owner was easy to work with.

My husband and I were out for a Fall get-away, and this was the perfect cozy apartment for us! It was very clean, the rental price was right, and it was just the right size for 2 (or 3) people. It was very quick to get to downtown Charlevoix. We also enjoyed seeing deer in our backyard.

Well kept studio

We had a great stay here. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our few days away. The location was very convenient to the beach and downtown Charlevoix. The only thing I would suggest are some brighter lightbulbs in the lamps but I like lots of light, even at night :) If we make a return to Charlevoix, hopefully we can book here again!

Roomy studio

We had a nice few days in the garage studio apartment. The location worked well for our visit. It is about a mile walk into town. There aren't any streetlights for the last part of the walk, so be aware if you plan to return (by walking) after dark. The apartment is open plan; the bedroom area does not close off from the kitchenette or living area. The living area is roomy with a couple of couches and a small table. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. There were deer right outside our door.
