Charming 2 bed home - Downtown Concord

Welcome to your charming retreat. This cozy single-family home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort during your stay. The inviting living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Enjoy preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances. The bedrooms offer cozy beds and plenty of natural light for a restful night's sleep.
Two (2) pet maximum per stay.
Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.

Quiet Time After 10:00 pm. This is in accordance with the local noise ordinance.

Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity

No Smoking in the home. No exceptions.

Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.

Turn lights off and A.C/Heat to 65 degrees when away.

Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.

No Parties or Events

PETS: Please clean up after your pet(s) in accordance with the local guidelines and common expectations. Upon your departure, this property will be assessed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if proper maintenance has not been adhered to.
Two (2) pet maximum is allowed per stay.

Visiting Concord and this home is excellent . Clean comfortable beds has what you need . The fenced yard was great for our dogs. Easy entry . The host was communicating each day . Recommend to anyone visiting Concord . We would definitely stay again !

This property provided a comfortable, quiet stay just outside of Charlotte in an area that is very convenient to shopping, parks, and other amenities. The home was clean and had everything we needed to stay after a last-minute evacuation from Western NC for Hurricane Helene. It is pet-friendly, and has a beautiful fenced backyard which was a huge plus for us. Good internet, which was important for my work-from-home spouse. We had one issue with the washer, which was handled immediately by the host, and the home now has a brand new washer and dryer. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.
