Cozy Cottage has everything you and your family need for a relaxing getaway, featuring a renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house on a private 0.8 acre wooded lot with a 180 ft. waterfront and a spectacular panoramic view of the cove and lake. It has a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 cable flat screen TVs, and Wi Fi internet access. There is a spacious living area and an enclosed porch and a large deck with a gas grill and an extra propane tank.
It also features a fire pit,
a picnic table, a sand beach, 3 kayaks, an excellent swimming area and a great cove for water skiing, tubing, sailing, boating, and fishing.

Great getaway cottage

The cottage is located in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the lake. The lot is very private and spacious. The dock was great for fishing and relaxing in the evening sun. Lots of wildlife around as well!

My wife and I recently stayed at this beautiful hidden retreat, and it exceeded all our expectations. Location is great. Wonderful views. Accommodations are well worn,underwhelming. Needs great deal of upgrades renovations. Owner should spend a little money to make your guests feel welcome. if you are going to spend time in this home, make sure you bring everything you need with you, cause this owner doesn’t go out of his way to make your stay comfortable. It’s like camping out with hot and cold running water available. Add should not say cozy cottage it should say “ dicey cottage”. Good luck.

Overall, the stay was excellent. Kitchen and linens were well stocked. Secluded location was a giant plus. Plenty of room for kids to play and run.

Great Place to stay

We had a great time staying with friends at the cute and cozy cottage. We had a small boat that we docked right on the site. The guys were able to catch fish and we cooked them up.
