Great value. Shuttle was quick and on time. Hotel is a little dated but we received the level of service you expect from Hilton. Will likely stay here again in we need to be near CLT.

Room, property, amenities, and staff were as expected. Only complaint was that the guests on the other side of the suite were up late watching TV. They were not unreasonably loud, but I could still hear and had trouble falling asleep.

Overall this hotel was pretty middle-of-the-road. There was hair in the shower and not much in the way of food. The staff was very friendly.

My first room was bottom floor and quite dated. Something must have been spilled and missed during cleaning as there were fruit flies everywhere. The staff was great and got maintenance on it immediately. My second stay was a top floor room and was immaculate. Beds were super comfortable. The outdoor area had lots of comfy sitting in both sun and shade locations. Definitely would go back!
