Absolutely the best extended stay I've stayed at. It has a "private" drive. It's not in a questionable area or clientele. Super supportive and accommodating staff.

The room was very nice and clean, staff was friendly and professional, Breakfast was excellent and the ladies that work there take much pride in giving you good meal to start your day, only thing that. Was a bit of a safety issue was the one elevator did not work and the other one would not work at times so guests would have to use the stairs, over Thanksgiving you had quite a bit of elderly men and wowan with walking disabilities coming down and the stairs some from the 4 and 3 floor struggling, but overall a good stay and would definitely go back and recommend it

Even though they were over booked and almost cancel our reservation they made it work. The front desk worker she was very polite and super helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. I also the mall was very near as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

This location is always my go-to spot when I'm visiting the Charlotte area! This facility is clean, safe, and close to the freeway, but conveniently tucked away in a somewhat secluded area to escape the busy parts of Charlotte/Pineville...sort of a suburb feel. Anthony and his team get an A+ for hospitality and I look forward to visiting again and recommending this Extended Stay to my family and friends!
