The day staff was kind. However, I booked for a week and I was ready to go by the first night. There was a Roach issue, I wouldn’t even eat in my room because of how bad it was. There was roaches crawling on the bed. And they are closed on Sunday so I couldn’t get the proper help. The community felt safe to me. But there isn’t any amenities except for washing machine. This is a place where you have to really take care of yourself like as if you were at an apartment. You have to take out your own trash and if your towels are dirty you have to wash them yourself. House keeping is only on fridays . I checked in on Friday and I checked out on Friday, so that means no house keeping for me. It should be more often since the amount of roaches and bugs. They are very short staffed as well. I hope they get more workers to help. The after hour attendant was helpful yet rude. I am a tiny lady in my 20s and needed help I felt stereotyped. Overall, I regret booking as long as I did. But thankful I had somewhere to stay for the week I was there.
