The hotel and room were very clean. Bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of light in the room. Room appeared to be revently renovated with hard wood floors and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs and make your own waffle option; a meat (bacon, hame, or sausage) would have been a nice addition to breakfast. Ample parking and a gym were available at this hotel. Staff was pleasant though we not quick to greet you when entering the lobby or wishing you a good day. Check out was efficient.

The bed in the room was sooooo comfortable. We were not expecting to have to pay a $100 deposit tho. I had to dig thru the hotel info on expedia and read some seriously fine print about the deposit. It should be listed at the beginning of the reservation so the people can expect it. Other than that, i was blown away by how clean, spacious, and comfortable the room was.

Rough around the edges but inside is really clean!

The outside looks a little rough, but the Lobby and the room were REALLY clean! I usually take cleaning supply's to hotels, most, I end up cleaning but this one, there wasnt any debris in the floor(barefooted) the shower head was clean, no dust. Bed was perfect!

I needed a place for a night and was terrified after reading reviews on a dozen hotels. This property was in a good area, right next to the interstate. My room was huge and clean. Bed slept great, the 1 staff member I encountered was nice and helpful. I don't require a lot as a traveler, and this fit my needs perfectly. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and property. Would definitely stay again.

Good Stay!

Other than the location which includes some homeless and drug addicts near by, the hotel was good! Rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The stay felt safe overall and the front desk associates are very nice and professional. I’d say it was a great stay for the money and location, close to the city and everything else you may need. This is my second time staying here and I’d still give it a 4.5/5👍

The hotel overall was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area feels a little uncomfortable, but nothing overly dangerous. I was hesitant based on other reviews, but overall we had a good stay for a couple of nights. Other guests were a bit noisy and inconsiderate of their "smoking choices", but I do not hold that against the property. The Bed was comfy, shower was great. Will keep this property in mind for future NC trips.

Nice and quiet

The location of where I needed to be was convenient. Idk if it was because of the holidays, it seemed particularly quiet, which was good. The employees were very helpful.

The room was clean. The staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. Breakfast was paltry. One ice machine for the entire hotel and inconveniently located. We stayed during the winter, there was a light bed covering and no blanket. Did not give me a receipt. Will not return.

Not worth it.

The beds were comfortable. That's the only good thing. It's a "no smoking" hotel and the entire room stunk. The bed the towels everything. My clothes smelled like cigarettes the next morning. Cigarette burn marks in the restroom. Not very clean.

The tastefully modern interior decor of the room belies the less-than-inspiring outdoor appearance. Bed was very comfortable, shower easy to operate, and I appreciated the fridge and microwave. A minor gripe that the TV remote was not working, but I wasn't in the room long enough for it be a big problem. Breakfast options slightly above average (scrambled eggs was a pleasant surprise), and the staff was quick to respond to shortages. I have a slight issue with the property billing itself as "University Area" when the college is several miles away.
