The night i went to check in the was a fist figh between 3 women on the second floor i told the worker and he did nothing. On the 2 night there was a woman historically crying and screaming to being to be let into her room from The first floor, it was so frightening it woke.me out of my sleep. I peeked ttjrouthe window.and noone came to help her. She screamed help me 3 time then went silent. Definitely wont want to stay here again.

Clean room, staff will not allow you to extend your stay online without either charging an additional $20, or force checkout at 11:00 and check back in at 3:00. STUPID policy for those that are enjoying their stay and want to extend it. Overall one I’ve the best v as lies in Charlotte for NOT extending your stay on-line. Note: There are no bugs and the beds are comfortable.

First I must say this place doesn't have a lobby so the picture on Expedia of a lobby is a sham.They have a cleaner that doesn't do a good job I always have to come and clean the counters myself.No coffee maker i ask for a plastic spoon one time attendant said they have no spoons. The shower is a little tricky to operate i always have a hard time figuring out where the hot water is but it works, no breakfast.

The staff was very rude and not welcoming myself and family. I had to stay an extended time due moving arrangements and work assignment. Every time I paid my room charges there was an extra fee and I was forced to pay and the staff was rude about it. The first room given to me wasn’t clean and the tube was dirty and unclean. House keeping was horrible!

I booked this for my daughter who got stuck in the Charlotte airport because of the weather. They gave her a key to a room that was occupied and when she open the door there was a guy in his underwear smoking a cigarette. You can't make this stuff up. She was horrified and barely slept. How does something like this even happen?
