Take the stairs up to the second floor, and step into the spacious open concept living room. Enjoy the comfortable seating - we've got velvet sofas! Engage in lively conversations, or unwind while enjoying the Crosley record player, adding a touch of nostalgia. We put our heart into creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Large Smart TV for your viewing pleasure loaded with all the apps! Enjoy a collection of books, and find plenty of candles to set the mood so you can take your trip at your own pace. Modern decor throughout.

KITCHEN
The eat-in kitchen is a culinary haven, allowing you to indulge your passion for cooking (or just eating culinary delights!). The fully stocked and loaded kitchen provides all the essentials you need to prepare culinary delights with ease. Stainless steel appliances and all modern amenities, including a microwave, electric range, and dishwasher. Oh, and don't forget the wine fridge! We travel a lot, so we've provided you with basic cooking amenities like salt and pepper, olive oil, and all of the utensils and pots & pans you need for cooking at home. (Or go explore Charlotte's many amazing eateries and breweries and skip the cooking at home!)

BEDROOMS SEPARATE FROM LIVING SPACES
Return to the serenity of LoSo Luxury Loft after a day of exploration, and revel in the privacy and comfort it provides. All bedrooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors, creating a wonderful mixed-floor experience so that those ready to retire to bed early can do so peacefully while those that want to stay up can also do so without disturbing friends and family.

KING SUITE BEDROOM 1 (3rd floor)
King suite! Luxuriously large bed with fresh linens and luxe pillows. This room also features a desk for those who might need to work from home, do some writing, or want to catch up on their laptop from a dedicated space. TV for in-bed entertainment! The ensuite bathroom is large and spacious, featuring a walk-in shower, private bathroom, his and hers sinks in the double vanity, and a spacious closet to unpack your luggage. Blackout curtains and overhead fan for the best night's sleep.

BEDROOM 2
(3rd floor) Queen bed with ensuite bath, closet. Mounted TV for your in-bed viewing pleasure. Closet with plenty of hangers to unpack your luggage.

BEDROOM 3
(4th floor) King bed, ensuite bath, closet. This room features dramatic high ceilings. Large Smart TV for your in-bed viewing pleasure.

FULL BATHROOMS
There are 3 full bathrooms, all with walk-in showers. They are connected to each of the 3 bedrooms. There is also a half-bath off the kitchen for ease of use while hanging out on the main floor.

ROOFTOP DECK (4th floor) The 4th floor roof deck is totally private and secluded and has seating for 4-6. Finish your evening with a nice glass of wine or tea on the deck enjoying the NC air and listening to the city sounds of buzzing Charlotte nearby, all without seeing a soul. Kick your feet up and enjoy the outdoor space, including the newly installed fire pit. You deserve it!

GARAGE
We have a garage if you'd like to bring and park your own vehicle. 1-2 will fit in the space. Reach out if you need parking for large vehicles or more than 1-2 cars.

When you're ready to venture out, you'll find yourself in the LoSo neighborhood, known for its lively atmosphere and exciting attractions, including local craft breweries (in walking distance). Experience the best of Charlotte's dining, entertainment, craft beer scene, and shopping options, all just moments away from your doorstep. Walk to the light rail (public transit) and get nearly anywhere in town easily and affordably. Do some golfing, head Uptown, off to Carowinds, to the Stadium to catch a game, or any of Charlotte's sepcial events - it's all right nearby. This is the perfect place for creating lasting memories at your own pace. We'd love to share our beautiful home with you. Travelers welcome! You'll have exclusive use of the 4-level townhome. The entire house is all yours! That said, please be respectful of the neighbors and respect our quiet hours. We'll be available through the app or text message should you need anything at all.

You may know Charlotte’s historic South End neighborhood. Just a few blocks further down Tryon Street, you’ll arrive in a whole new area called “LoSo,” also known as “Lower South End.” This is one of Charlotte's hidden gems!

Easily accessible by light rail at the Scaleybark Station, this entertainment district is home to a growing number of watering holes, crafting all sorts of alcoholic beverages (including beer, cider, liquor and even mead) — along with neighboring restaurants, coffee shops and fitness studios.

Many breweries nearby include: Protagonist Brewery, Sugar Creek Brewing Company, the Brewers at 401 Yancey, The Olde Mecklenberg Brewery & Bier Garden, Gilde Brewery, Lower Left Brewing Co, and Weathered Souls.

Other awesome local attractions just around the corner include: Rally for pickleball and ping pong, Queen Park Bowling, Bowlero (more bowling), and a 9-hole public golf course at Revolution Park.

South End, Dilworth, Uptown - they're just a short drive or ride on the lightrail.

We have parking in the garage for 1-2 cars (skilled drivers only as it is tight). There is also free street parking just outside the townhown community. While a car is not needed as Ubers are plentiful and the Light Rail is just a short walk away, you might find it helpful to explore Charlotte's many cool neighborhoods.

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
