Other than the people above me having kids and being loud there was no issues. With the kids being loud i really didnt mind it too much as i have kids of my own so i understand it. Ill definitely be staying there again.

It was more of the staff that was very impressive. They work so hard to keep the hotel up and clean. The General Manager Shawn is awesome, do more than his job assignment and very helpful and respectful to all customers making sure they are token care of appropriately and the Assistant Manager Denise welcome ppl with a beautiful smile and tries to meet each person needs.

Prior to this motel I had reservations at a different that turned out not good then I came to this and the lady that checked me in went above and beyond to make sure we had a room to stay in I recommend this one it has kitchenettes makes it even better

My stay at the WoodSpring extended stay hotel located in Gastonia NC was pleasant. I was surprised at how clean it was there was not a bug ( roach ) anywhere to be seen. When I first arrived I could smell cigarette smoke in my bathroom, I don’t usually complain but it became unbearable and it is a smoke free location. I let one of the staff members know and it was no longer an issue. Thank you! There is plenty of parking and it’s quiet. The price is good for having a double bed and kitchen some of the other hotels were the same price minus the kitchen.

The staff were outstanding! However my first night in the room I was put in there were critters inside room including one in my bed definitely was a problem.! I was relocated to another room next morning. Had a lot of problems with room key one day it would work the next it wouldn't so with me getting off work late I would be locked outside til 7am or later til hotel employees began to arrive no free nights were offered even with being locked outside entire night, the one in the lobby used to reach company employees after hours DOES NOT WORK if you don't know someone their personally you will not have a way to communicate with them

My stay was good, I had no problems, it’s a lot of families and their dogs that stay here so it made it comfortable, room was clean , If I had a complaint it would be the different smells from others cooking, kind of overwhelming when walking through the hallway

Some rooms reek of dog urine while others make enough noise to keep everyone up for days some don't respect others work schedules seem a few roaches in the rooms purchased raid to spray my room while there, other than that Ms.T is the bomb very sweet soft spoken very professional and very understanding wish other hotels in the area had staff like her she has a few other staff members that are good as well

There were a lot of people lingering around the property. Lots of drug sales and an abandoned gas station right down the street where drug sales were made. Overall the stay wasn’t bad, staff were really nice, and everything was clean but the area that this hotel is in, I would not recommend. I did not feel safe at all!

The room was ok...the fridge didn't work....could not connect to the wifi at all (even after calling the front desk and getting specific instructions)...the bed was fairly comfortable...there was plenty of hot water....a hotel employee opened our door TWICE without knocking (if he knocked neither my wife nor I heard him)....however, the hotel assistant was very friendly
