This property is very welcoming and they make you feel like family and like you’re right at home. Staff and managers are magnificent very helpful and they love their position that they hold for everyone in the Motel would highly recommend you stay here and they are super pet friendly!!!!!

The desk personnel Ms Gilliam was very helpful and polite she assisted with a small issue I had without hesitation. The front office and 1st floor smelt refreshed and welcoming when I entered. My room was comfortable on the 1st floor, I would have stayed for another week if I didn’t have other things to do!

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was subpar, with roaches present. It felt more like a shelter than a proper hotel. Clean towels were not provided, housekeeping was lacking, and the beds were damp and stained. Customer service was also unsatisfactory. Upon arrival it was required by the assisted manager that I go to my assigned room and do a walk-through before checking in. Although the room initially seemed okay, issues arose later that night – stained beds and sheets, dampness, and dark stains. When we approached the hotel representative, the solution was to bring down the sheets for replacement and flip the mattress over to the side. The following morning, I spoke to the hotel manager. The manager apologized, claiming this wasn't the usual operation, but the presence of permanent tenants disguised as extended-stay suggested otherwise. Housekeeping was nonexistent, requiring an extra fee for service. Roaches, trash buildup, and the absence of utensils in the kitchenette further contributed to the unpleasant stay. The assistant manager's response to the lack of housekeeping was dismissive, suggesting we could leave anytime. The environment, with kids in the hallways and parole officers seen leaving, indicated a more permanent residency situation, possibly involving subsidized housing. For those seeking an extended hotel stay, this place doesn't function as a typical hotel and lacks the amenities expected from an extended stay establishment.
