"rooms were great front desk and shuttle drivers were great especially Mark....one mishap...a member of our party fell in the atrium dining area because a step down was not marked...she sprained her ankle...we spoke to staff about a warning on both steps (I didn't know she had fallen and after dinner I warned my daughter to be careful because of the way the tiles were it was a bit of an optical illusion...other than that it was great"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The grounds were very well maintained and the hotel was clean and well maintained. They were even doing some renovations of some rooms, but noise and inconveniences were minimized. The property oozes of a management team that takes pride in a well presented property. Our only two small downsides that kept us from five star ratings was minimal change up of breakfast options each day (noticeable since we stayed multiple nights) and an odor in our room that...

"We were put in a room on the ground floor next to the front desk and across from the house cleaning office. There were several buses and dozens of people seats in the lobby. Basic room adequately clean. Very utilitarian. Be sure to ask to be away from lobby and elevators"
