Beautiful custom built home with many amenities, upper and lower level sleeps a large group. This luxury home has a gourmet kitchen (main level) with over-sized granite island, top of the line appliances, ceiling fans, guest suite w/private bath, jacuzzi tub, walk-in custom tile shower, the master suite boasts a custom stone gas fireplace w/private bath, jacuzzi tub, very large walk in shower with dual shower heads, televisions in all bedrooms, family room with custom stone gas fireplace, beautiful sun room off of the family room, spacious deck, spacious back yard for outdoor games, gas grilling. Bluetooth and free wi-fi. The Lower level also has a full kitchen 1 bedroom with queen bed and sitting area, and an additional common area w/queen sofa bed and dining area. Game room area with pool table and various arcade games, laundry room, large front porch with ceiling fans and rocking chairs, beautiful landscaping and 2 paved driveways for parking. Lower driveway can accommodate 8 vehicles, Upper driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and 1 can park directly in front of the house on street. Resident Manager (tenant) resides on property in separate apartment.

Terrific Thanksgiving Gathering

What a great home for cooking together and playing games/cards in the adjoining family room with the fire going! Lots of comfortable sleeping rooms and plenty of bathrooms for a large group. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is absolutely stunning! It looks decently sized from the outside but once you are inside it is deceptively large. It was clean, comfortable and the perfect amount of space for a large group. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Manor Delivered for UVA Graduation

Great property and wonderful host! It slept 3 families easily, and had plenty of social space. Huge kitchen and great entertainment set-up, with back deck and yard. The street is quiet and a dead-end, so have to be careful about parking...but the driveways allow for 8 cars. The street needs some repair...but the property is amazing. Only 10-12 minutes from the UVA Grounds (campus), and plenty of grocery stores, etc nearby. Would stay here again, for sure.

Fabulous place

We stayed here pre-wedding with several families and it was so much more than we expected! Well furnished, bedrooms for all and the downstairs entertainment was amazing. Pool table air hockey and many arcade games to choose from. Well appointed kitchen and very roomy porch which accommodated the dozen or so people we had over before the wedding. The massage chair was also a hit with everyone! Great hosts who do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable.

UVA Graduation weekend

I can not say enough about my rental experience. We had 17 family members coming to stay for the weekend of graduation. The property was exactly as described, it was large enough to accommodate our party, close to campus and very clean. It had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home.
