It would benefit from some improvements and pay more attention to the little details that make a difference considering the price range. Better pillows and mattresses, TVs that actually work. Comforters in good shape and stored in a shelve and not thrown in the floor in a closet, proper hangers. Light switches in better condition. Ordered patio. More coffee/breakfast options....

"I had the most wonderful stay at these single-story condos again. My rooms were large; there was ample storage; the location near living history (Jefferson's Monticello) couldn't have been better. Just as I remembered, the condo was modern, fully-equipped, quiet, clean, and homey with AC & heat.
