"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."

Obligé de se débrouiller pour obtenir le remboursement de la chambre auprès d'hotel.com (qui d'ailleurs a été très efficace) déjà prélevé, car malgré la preuve du retrait sur le compte, obligation de payer par chèque la chambre. Pas très cool ..."

"This property operates as a 2-3 room B&B in a large old manor house between Vezelay and Fontainebleau. We had a very large quiet room in the two flights up attic on the third floor. The bath was modern and the bed comfortable. We pre-arranged for four course dinner which the proprietress cooked and served. The grounds were remarkable, with a small river running through and lots of flowers."

"Einfach genial was sie aus einem alten Getreideapeicher gemacht haben. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, Bad war sehr sauber. Auf jeden Fall lohnt es sich dort zu übernachten! Der Ort selbst ist auch ein Ausflug wert."
