very satisfied. Breakfast only 7 euros extra. Pleasant surroundings, bath with shower. comfortable bed. ground floor, Room 3. there was a window, but it wasn't secure if left open.No AC or fan, but I missed the heat wave, so it wasn't an issue.

This property operates as a 2-3 room B&B in a large old manor house between Vezelay and Fontainebleau. We had a very large quiet room in the two flights up attic on the third floor. The bath was modern and the bed comfortable. We pre-arranged for four course dinner which the proprietress cooked and served. The grounds were remarkable, with a small river running through and lots of flowers.
