"In the room below the tv, there was a piece of furniture with drawers, when I put my clothes in drawers it kept opening by itself, I had to put my carry on against it so it will keep closed. Breakfast was cold!!! and we were there at 8 am!!! Hot tub felt good and besides some noisy people it was ok."

"The room was clean, easy check in, just remember to bring your toiletries (none provided, including hand soap or dish soap). The room had 2 queen beds with 3 pillows on each bed. It also had a small kitchenette with small fridge, two burner electric range and sink. I would stay here again the next time I travel to Conroe."

"Bad oder inside hotel . Reception not the most friendly & cocky. No full length mirror. Over we made a poor choice to stay there. SMELL awful "

"This house fit our families so well. It lives big with lots of different areas to catch up with a friend. Plenty of seating to watch March Madness. Outside and inside tables provided two areas for games. Big table inside allowed us all to eat meals together. Grocery store and Specs are an easy drive. The swing overlooking the canal earned bonus points from me while the teenagers turned the dock into a sunbathing platform. The host is very responsive. "

"The hotel exceeded my expectations and met all my needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Breakfast was consistently hot and delicious every morning, and the rooms were cleaned daily, which made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, a great stay—I would definitely come back!"

"Shower did not work in the assigned room so we had to go to another room to take a shower. Breakfast was not included. The hotel is run down and so checked out Saturday morning and will not ever stay at this hotel again and possibly not stay at this hotel chain."

"Great location…clean room, staff friendly….Hallways are pretty dark, a woman traveling alone it was something I noticed I right away. Very nice complimentary breakfast. "

"The house was large enough for our group. It had most of everything we needed for our stay. It has the basics for dishes in the kitchen. The coffe pot is only a 5-6 cup maker so if you like your coffee in the morning, I'd recommend bringing your own coffee maker. We didn't use the pool. The landscape by the pool area did not look anything like the photo posted online. It had a partially built brick patio. We had some plumbing issues with the master shower not draining and the kitchen sink was clogged on one side. The host did offer to send a plumber right away when we contacted them. There was complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner to use however a couple of the bottles were only half full. There were towels for use. The games provided were missing pieces. The house had a mildew smell and was in need of a deep clean too. With the minor fixes and a good cleaning we would consider staying here again. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was easy to contact and was quick to respond. "
