Staff was super attentive, professional and accommodating. We checked out very early in the morning and forgot our food bag with baby's food and snacks in the room fridge, called them later and they kept it for us. Extremely professional of them. Nice experience

The hotel was in a good location and common areas were fine. The non-smoking room smelled terrible from cigarette smoke. The carpets were stained. Most of the front desk support staff didn't even lift their heads when we came in to say hi, welcome back, etc. The included "breakfast" was just a honey bun and coffee. Maid service was good.

It was much more quiet than I expected with it being so close to the highway and it was clean overall but the room condition was less than I expected. There was stained carpet and a saggy loveseat but overall, it was fine. I wasn’t here for a long stay.

Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it was clean and housekeeping was very nice. However, it is really congested around the hotel and traffic can be challenging. The 'continental breakfast' was not at all what I expected...honey buns and coffee does not equal a good healthy breakfast. We were forced to go get McDonalds across the parking lot because we were unfamiliar with the area. For the price we pay for a hotel we should have been given more healthy choices for a breakfast! Continental breakfast in my opinion - choices should include yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, cereal choices, milk, oatmeal, hot water, tea, coffee, maybe even muffins, small sweet rolls, toast, bagels, cream cheese, butter and flavored coffee creamer available.

Perfect room

The room was flawless. Bed comfortable and room was clean. I was able to check in at 2 even though check in was at 3pm. Front desk was able to accommodate a late check out as well. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars all around

Front desk was great. Gave me a room then ran me down to change it as the AC wasn’t working. Room was clean, just run down. For the price and purpose, it was good. Breakfast was a honey bun.

Hotel was clean, for the very brief interactions i had with staff, they were friendly. No complaints there. The room was quiet and clean. I felt safe once i was inside. If i had any complaints at all, it was that there was no elevator. I was there for Texas Renaissance Festival and lugging my suitcase full of garb up the steps was difficult, but not impossible, and the exercise didnt kill me. Otherwise, it was great. Can recommend. Would stay here again.

I checked in and was immediately struck by how loud the front desk area was. The receptionist, who was a heavyset man with black hair and beard, was watching a movie on his phone with the volume up. When I asked about the elevator after checking in, I had trouble understanding his initial response. When I politely asked again, he abruptly raised his voice and snapped, “No elevator,” in a rude and unprofessional manner. This was my first impression of your hotel, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good one. Even after going upstairs, I could still hear the audio from his phone. Guests deserve a welcoming and professional check-in experience.

I use this property often when guests come in from out of town. Always clean & comfortable beds! The girl with the pretty thick hair is always so friendly, however…the other shift of people aren’t as nice. Our only complaint is in the past they always had a decent breakfast…however this time they said it has been cut back. All that is offered is a few trays of honeybuns, coffee machine and juice machine. A tad disappointing.
