"The laundry room that they advertise is very uncomfortably in the deep basement of the hotel. It’s a little unnerving especially being down there by myself in the dark. The dryer also took 5 hours to dry 2 very small loads of laundry. So be prepared to have to hang dry a a lot of your clothes. "

"The location was excellent, round the corner from a main shopping street, five minutes walk from a metro station and walking distance from the Grand Place. The hotel is full of character and the staff friendly. "

"Hotel was lovely, tastefully decorated and to a good standard. Breakfast was good value for money. Rooms a touch warm so needed the air con on as the windows only opened a touch. Staff could do with smiling when you check in, felt like it was a bit on an inconvenience but it was fine. Couldn’t check in till 3 which they advertise and happy to look after luggage so you can venture out to the city."
