"The bathroom and the room were very nice and clean, however we did feel the classic room lacked space to move around each other and somewhere to put our emptied cases, we had to put them on the bed by day and on the floor by night. therefore could not take advantage of the daily room service over our 4 night stay. It was disappointing tea and coffee were not provided in the room Our feelings were the classic room would best for backpackers"

"This hotel was wonderful! The staff are so accommodating and friendly from the moment we checked in. Great location 5 min walk from the Eiffel Tower and Metro station. There are some nice restaurants just down the street as well as a grocery store around the corner. Staff were accommodating and gave us a small mini fridge where we kept a couple drink cans to keep them cold. The room itself was clean, shower was great, and all in all no complaints. Breakfast was also delicious and kept us fuelled for our busy Paris days! The vibe of the hotel is very cute with nice decor throughout. If we ever come back to Paris, we will definitely stay again at this hotel!"

"We were very please with our stay at the Hyatt. We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and we really enjoy having a glass of champagne and food at the Windo Sky bar on the rooftop. We would definitely stay here again. "
