"Just one thing :next time I will not going to that hotel for different reason ,the staff there don’t was so nice ,enough information,water on the swimming pool cold,I pay for deposit (I need to know when they pay me back ) etc"

"The room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant. Most staff members were professional and friendly; however, a few would benefit from additional training. The primary concerns were the leaking garage, limited amenities, and additional charges for room cleaning. The nearby tram wasn’t an issue—in fact, I appreciated the convenient access. However, ongoing construction made access to the hotel and garage somewhat inconvenient at times. Would I stay here again? If the construction is completed and the garage leak is fixed, I would consider it."

"Staff was courteous. Room was clean. However, there was condensation on the window, which ran down onto the counter below, causing it to be wet at all times. We couldn't put much on it because of that. Also, my husband is 6'4" tall and he literally could not sit facing the front on the toilet, as there was not enough room for his legs."
