"Beautiful house, tastefully furnished and extremely well equipped with everything you could ask for - even herbs and spices! The photos do not do the place justice - a map showing the layout would really help to show how much space there is. Two bedrooms were air conditioned and there is also a portable air conditioning unit. The pool was lovely as were the patio areas with plenty of room for our party of 10 . We had many happy evenings sitting watching the moon rise over the beautiful countryside . The only draw back was that you cannot park at the house ( apart from to drop things off ) but there are plenty of parking areas nearby . If you had small children or someone with mobility issues the steps could be a problem, but for us they really added character and enabled people to have their own areas. Excellent communication with the host who always replied to messages very quickly All in all really recommend this property . Thank you so much Gilles and Jean Marc!!"

"We arrived during a canicule with temperatures hitting 40 degrees but the house was nice and cool. The pool was cleaned every morning. There are plenty of places to sit and relax and tables to eat outside. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils and plenty of crockey and dishes to cope with the optimum number of guests. Ansouis is a beautiful village with superb views of the surrounding countryside from the summit and a small but good selection of places to eat."
"10/10 hotel. We checked in around 7:30 pm, walked over to a charming outdoor restaurant, enjoyed the very large room, had a lovely buffet breakfast under the shade of mulberry trees, and were able to relax by the pool well after we checked out. Great amenities, staff, and overall set up. "
"This house was perfect for friends to spend a weekend in the countryside, and the owner and Aunt that lives next door were so helpful and responsive. The pool was beautiful and home was clean, lots of dishes and cooking materials for hosting. It was difficult to find the home, so better directions would be appreciated for other guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to come back some day. Thank you JB for your hospitality!"
"This property is finished and equipped to a very high standard and the owners are rightly proud of it. Check in and out was friendly and efficient. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is on hand and within 5 minutes there are local high quality shops, a supermarket within 15 minutes. The view of the Chateau Ansouis is absolutely spectacular and there is sun all day with a well placed pergola under which to seek shade; it is very private and not overlooked. There are plenty of easily accessible and interesting day trips too. Absolutely perfect getaway for two. "
