"Excellent concierge, Melvin, who spent lots of his precious time to help us to call places to look for our mishandling by the airlines. We appreciated his patience, manner, and recommendation. Front desk, Stephan, was kind and nice. The exit level of the basement parking lacks elevator access which was difficult for moving larger luggage. They were so friendly and kind and provided great recommendations. They also provided a shuttle service in and out of the city of Aix en Provence. The location was peaceful just outside of the city. We would love to come back again one day."
