"Clean and comfortable room"

"The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. "We arrived with 2 young kids to the appartement in a hot July day, to discover there is no AC in the appartement, it was probably 40 degrees C inside which was unbereable. We asked for fans to keep the kids cool but there was none. The pool was very small and busy so not even an option. The room and furniture are very old and outdated, towels disgusting and very very used Such a shame for a so called 4star facility. After 2 hours with no other choice we left and checked out as it was physically...

The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
